Two copies of the same docket

Trade buyers and private clients need different things. They are not made to share a form.

Top copy — accounts

Trade

Hotels, inbound operators, relocation firms, production offices, corporate offices, private aviation. Net rates for resale, 30-day invoicing, compliance documents supplied for supplier onboarding.

Carbon — desk

Private

Airport transfers, a car for the day, an occasion, a run to the Hunter Valley. Price agreed before the job. Message the driver directly and get an answer, not a queue.

What is booked

  • Airport transfers

T1 and T3, arrivals met inside the hall. Four kilometres from the terminal, which is why an aircraft moving forty minutes early is not your problem.

  • Hourly charter

The car and the driver for a block of hours. Meetings across the city, a shoot day, a delegation with four appointments and no time between them.

  • Full-day hire

Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, the coast. One driver for the whole day, one price agreed beforehand.

  • Corporate transfers

Visiting executives, client dinners, the flight nobody wants to get wrong. Invoiced monthly to the company, never to the passenger.

  • Occasions

A wedding morning, an anniversary, the airport run the day after. One car booked by the hour, with no fleet minimum.

  • Errands and concierge

Documents across town, a collection, a delivery that needs a person rather than a courier tracking number.

The conditions, stated

A supplier who tells you the limits is easier to plan around than one who does not.

24/7, on confirmed bookings placed 12 hours ahead
Outside that window you still get an answer — yes or no — within thirty minutes. A fast no keeps your evening; a missed yes ruins it.
No after-hours or weekend loading
A 5am Sunday is priced the same as a Tuesday at midday. The base rate carries it, so there is nothing to reconcile on the invoice.
One to three passengers with airport luggage
Stated plainly so it is never discovered at the kerb. Larger parties are arranged in advance through vetted partner capacity.
Quotes are GST inclusive, with GST shown
Fixed for the job. Tolls and parking at cost. Accounts are invoiced on 30-day terms.

Two ways in

You are buying for a business

Open an account. Net rates, 30-day invoicing, and the compliance documents your procurement will ask for before you can list a supplier.

You need a car

Tell the driver where and when. You will get a price and a yes or no, not a form and a wait.
